Charles J. NoelFor over 30 years Charley Noel has tried numerous cases throughout the states of Minnesota and Wisconsin. His practice has focused on tort, contract, insurance-related, and commercial litigation. He has extensive experience in handling arson and fraud cases for insurers, cases involving products liability, personal injury, wrongful death, fires and explosions, premises liability, automobile and trucking accidents, negligence, professional liability, liquor liability, construction litigation, subrogation claims and insurance policy construction, interpretation and coverage issues.

In addition to advocating for clients at trials, he has represented many clients at arbitration hearings and appraisal hearings.

He is also a qualified ADR neutral under Rule 114 of the Minnesota General Rules of Practice.

Skilled in leadership and possessing excellent negotiation and communication skills, Mr. Noel is able to build rapport with a wide variety of people. He uses these skills in representing clients in litigation and also in providing alternative dispute resolution services to other lawyers and their clients.

He has argued a number of cases before both state and federal appellate courts, including the Minnesota Court of Appeals, Minnesota Supreme Court, Wisconsin Court of Appeals, and 8th Circuit Court of Appeals. Some of these cases presented issues of first impression to the Courts which have established precedent that has since been followed.

Mr. Noel's depth of trial and litigation experience has resulted in his being recognized by his peers by being selected as a "Super Lawyer" on a number of occasions and is further shown by his AV peer review rating through Martindale-Hubbell.

Charley and his wonderful wife, Terry, are the parents of three great children, Mark, Maureen, and Michael.
